What was announced during the Apple Event + iOS 17 Update

Amazing! Those were some extraordinary updates, but lets break it down and share what was announced!

Apple Watch Series 9

Apple Watch Series 9 is here! with new performance increase. Apple introduced a new featue on the watch called “double tap”. “Double tap” is a gesture where you double tap 2 fingers to complete a main action on the Apple Watch. Let’s say you are on a call, and your other hand is busy. You can double tap your thumb and your index finger to end, or answer a call. It can also be used to scroll, snooze an alarm, or take a photo using camera remote control.

The Apple Watch Series 9 also has a display up to 2000 nits, which Apple claims to be the double of the Apple Watch Series 8. That, way, it can make the watch easy to read during bright sunlight. During night, it can also go as low as 1 nit.

Siri can now log, and access data on the watch. An example would be, you could ask Siri “How much sleep did i have”, and even log health data with Siri

The Apple Watch can now also use precision finding, which can help you find your iPhone, and also help control Homepods.

Also, WatchOS 10 will add a new design and new features to the watch to make life more easier

Apple Watch Ultra 2

Apple Watch Ultra 2 was introduced with a nice new watch face

iPhone 15 and 15 +

The iPhone 15 and 15+ now have an advance system camera which has a 48MP main camera with fast autofocus. The main camera gives users a new 24MP super-high-resolution default, offering incredible image quality at a practical file size ideal for storing and sharing.

The phone comes with the A16 Bionic Chip, which can work with heavy graphic games, photography, Dynamic Island, and more on the device

the iPhone also has Roadside Assistant, which can help with satellite to get your car fixed and going with areas that have no signal

Good News, the iPhone from now on uses USB C! Hooray!

The iPhone 15 and 15 plus also can use a precision funding feature to find your friends

The iPhone 15 pro and Pro Max has also come with more amazing features with the A17 Chip. It includes a pro camera which is professional movie quality.

All of these devices will come with iOS 17, which comes out on Monday, September 18th and the WatchOS 10, which comes out the same date
